Yoke, a design duo - Nathan Bolton and Eve Warren organised a week-long, non-profit screen-print exhibition in the Corn Exchange, Leeds. The aim was to create an exhibition space that spurs dialogue between creatives through a blind collaboration.
A variety of creatives and studios submitted work that would be used in a collaborative way to be showcased in a final exhibition called Dialogue. Each designer consented to this, with the understanding they would not be able to choose their creative partner. Therefore the contributors had to be open to their submissions being manipulated through the use of print and the matchmaking process that paired two submissions together - in order to make a series of screen-printed artworks.
The Yoke and Dialogue brand were designed and created by the duo, along with hand screen-printed invites, exhibition advertising and videos, the curation of the exhibition, including the interior and finally the exhibited artwork was all hand screen-printed.
